You will start atop our ridge-top estate vineyard, where you will enjoy a splash of bubbles while taking in spectacular views of Dry Creek Valley. During the tour, you will learn the history of our local estate olive trees and grape growing, including our sustainability programs. You'll visit our wine cellar and olive mill center for a fun and informative session on the art and science of making wine and extra virgin olive oils.
