School of Cab is our version of a school field trip to educate you about Cabernet Sauvignon, the King of Red Wines! We take you to the vineyard, the barrel room, and you sample highly regarded West Cabernet Sauvignon from separate vintages. Learn how to assess color, aroma, and flavor in a fun and relaxed setting. Experience the impact food has on wine. Led by Winemaker, Katarina Bonde or Level III Sommelier, Dave Wertzberger. Group size is limited to eight people. For larger groups up to 12: School of Cab can be reserved on the date of your choice. Great for business travel / team building activities.
