Wine Event – Friday Nov. 5th – Extension of Wine & Food Affair

Hello to all of our winery members –

If you plan to offer something special on Friday evening Nov. 5th – wine dinner, wine reception, special tasting…
We need to know ASAP

You do not need to be participating in the weekend (Wine & Food Affair) to offer something on Friday night.
We want to highlight as many members as possible and to make the weekend BIGGER with multiple events on Friday night.

if you’re on board, please fill out the Event form online for the Wine Road Event Calendar – that will give us the information we need to add to the Wine & Food Affair pages.

YOU will manage that event, and customer will buy tickets from you directly -we are just going to help you promote the event.
Wine Road will invoice you $50 to promote it on our event page and to share it on social.

We need to get this wrapped up – customers are calling and emailing to see what will be happening on Friday…they are making plans for the weekend.
